What is your opinion of Ai? Do you think it’s the Antichrist or the mark of the beast? Also, do you use it on this website?
My thoughts on AI
These are good questions, and a lot of people are asking them right now. AI is advancing fast, and we can only imagine what that means for the future. Just like every major technology, it has the potential to be used for both good and bad. But there’s nothing new about that. The real issue is what people choose to do with AI because that’s what makes the difference.
When it comes to the Antichrist, I stand firmly on what Scripture teaches. God’s Word is clear that the Antichrist is Satan himself. He’s not a current world leader, computer program, or artificial intelligence.
As for whether AI is the mark of the beast, that’s a subject that really needs a deeper study in order to give a complete explanation. I’ll be writing about it soon, but for now, let me just say this: I do not believe AI is the mark of the beast.
The mark of the beast is about deception. Revelation tells us the mark is in the forehead or in the right hand, not on. The forehead represents our thoughts (knowledge/what we believe), and the right hand represents our actions (our works). The danger isn’t in a tattoo, chip, or barcode. It’s in being deceived into believing the Antichrist is actually Christ, and worshiping him as if he were God.
That’s why the Bible warns us so strongly about deception in the end times. The mark is tied to false worship and allegiance to Satan, not a tool like AI.
That said, will AI be used within the one world system that exists in the final generation? Yes, of course it could, just as any other powerful tool can. Evil uses what’s available; it always has.
That does not mean the AI itself is the mark of the beast or evil by nature. But it does show we have to stay aware and be watchmen, so that we recognize the season we’re in.
Do I use AI on this site?
Yes, but not to write the lessons.
Everything you read here begins with prayer, personal time in God’s Word, and careful writing from the heart. AI does not generate my content or influence my beliefs. I use it in the same way someone might use a dictionary, concordance, or proofreader.
Here are some of the things that AI helps me with behind the scenes:
- Correcting grammar, spelling, and small mistakes
- Suggesting clearer wording so the message is easier for you to read
- Helping me locate related Bible verses, so I can read them for myself (similar to how you might use the Strong’s Concordance).
- Creating most of the images you see. I usually start with an idea in mind, and AI helps turn that idea into an image. At times, I also use copyright-free images that are allowed to be shared.
For this website, AI is a tool that supports the work I’m doing. Every post you read comes from my walk with God, not from a machine.
God Is Near, and His Word Is Enough
While we’re on the subject of artificial intelligence, I’d like to share one more thought. I’ve seen AI chatbots that claim you can “text with Jesus” or “talk to God and ask Him questions.” My advice is to stay away from those. If you want to talk to your Heavenly Father, all you have to do is talk to Him. He hears every word you say.
Prayer does not have to be made up of fancy words or spoken in a special place. You don’t even have to speak out loud, because God hears your silent prayers too. As Psalm 139 reminds us, He understands our thoughts from afar, before we ever speak them. God takes pleasure in His people and delights in their prayers. He loves you, and it makes Him happy when you take time to seek Him and talk to Him from your heart (Psalm 147:11; Proverbs 15:8).
Most important of all, never ever rely on what other people or AI tell you about God. The Bible teaches us to study for ourselves and to test what we are taught against God’s Word. The Bereans were praised for this very reason:
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
I’ll be sharing a full study on the mark of the beast soon. If this is something you’re interested in, stay tuned.
